- We use The United States Postal Service for all shipments. In the US one tshirt is sent via FIRST CLASS MAIL and two or more tshirts and any posters are shipped automaticly via PRIORITY and tracking numbers can be supplied upon request. Internationally, one tshirt is shipped via FIRST CLASS but 2 or more are sent via PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL. Posters are al,ost always sent via FIRST CLASS mail due to the high cost of shipping tubes. There is no tracking for International orders unless it is a large order and we offer it free of charge.
- Privacy & Security
- We offer no personal information to any third party entities. We do add customer email addresses to our mailing list which does have an opt out link and we only send 1 newsletter a month.
- Returns & Replacements
- Size swaps are free in the US and we only ask for $4 to reship internationally. If the error is on our end we reship free in all cases. In order to avoid paying return shipping simply write “RETURN TO SENDER” on the front of the envelope and drop it in any mailbox.
- Ordering
- You can use our online shop or request a paypal invoice be sent for any order. Just email us (info at chopshopstore dot com) and we will handle your request.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Prices are generally $22 for basic tee stock (Alstyle, Tultex) and $25 for premium (American Apparel).
- Viewing Orders
- You should recieve an email confirmation upon placing any order. If you create an account you can also view your orders by logging in.
- Updating Account Information
- You can do this apparently in our new shopping cart. Yes!
