Sizing FAQ

T-shirt Sizes

What style are our Unisex tees?
Our premium options are American Apparel & Bella Canvas. These have a higher thread count and feel much softer to the touch. The knit is tighter and therefore also allows for higher design details when used in combination with discharge screen printing (see below). For more information on Men’s premium styles see Bella Canvas style 3001 or American Apparel 2001W, we do not specify but there is little difference between them.

What style are our Women’s tees?
For Women the Favorite or “Snug” style is often 6004, while the “relaxed fit” is the Bella 6400 or on some newer designs Next Level 3900. Women’s fits are complicated and we now carry the relaxed fit in sizes SML-2X and the snug style in sizes SML-MED. This should provide for a better range of sizes for all body types with the snug SML and MED standing in for a women’s XXS and XS option.

Kids
The kids tees can be mixed, but at this point a majority of them are Gildan 5000B. Sizing can be seen here. Even if it is another copy from a few years back (Hanes, Alstyle, etc), it will still be basically the same measurements.

What are your Oversize styles?
The rules for 2X are generally the same as shown above for sizes XS-XL. However, sizes 3X and 4X can be hard to acquire —especially in specific colors. We often purchase from stock based upon availability, but usually these copies are produced in the “standard” styles outlined below.

What is your Standard style?
We are discontinuing our standard style options. However, many older designs may have some inventory left of this type and would be from brands like Anvil, Gildan, Hanes and sometimes Tultex. To maintain the quality we stick to styles with a thread weight between 5 and 6 ounces, and are made from 100% cotton. Standard stock is still great quality but feels thicker to touch and is not a fitted cut which is sometimes preferred by men in sizes XL and up.
